Mikael has been involved as an Advisor and Investor, for both listed and private entities. Mikael has a background from various Management positions at Carnegie Investment Bank, Danske Bank, Öhman Fondkommission & Deutsche Bank, where he worked with all types of capital injections.

HENRI VON HAARTMAN
Henri von Haartman is Director of Finance and Investor Relations at Nanoform Finland Plc. Henri has over 20 years’ experience as an equity capital markets and investment banking manager in Helsinki, London and Stockholm. Henri has an Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law, from Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland. Henri is based in Stockholm, Sweden, since 2005.

Johan Stakeberg is a global entrepreneur within Software as a Service (SaaS) / Cloud Computing Sales Management. He is an executive with 20 years experience in building, leading and scaling sales organizations. Proficiency in enterprise-level solution-selling while creating repeatable processes to drive sales results. Johan has managed teams along with global operations, demand generation and customer success, and has built growing Enterprise Sales teams in Europe, APAC and Americas.

Johan Sjöstedt is a great entrepreneur and founded Visual Art Group in 1997. Johan very munch enjoys start - up and he been part of the financial founding team and coaching team, of many great ideas. Johan also loves fast cars and he has a electricity car venture where he converts old cars to totally remade electricity cars. Johan is always trying to generate the maximum outcome of every possible situation and therefore he is a very strong partner for us.
DAG HASSLEGREN
Dag has a long history from private investments in listed and non listed companies. Dag has, among other things, worked as Senior Advisor at the Investment Company, Björkman Brandberg and Tigersköld. Prior to this position he worked as CFO at Beijer Industries and Carnegie. Dag initiated and structured a new Pensions fund for Posten, after having retired from the position as CFO at Posten. Dag spent a long time building the foundation for Postens Pensionsstiftelse, where he worked as CEO for 15 years with Asset Allocation and long term Investment Strategy. Dag started his carreer as an accountant and Partner at Öhrlings Revisionsbyrå, where he spent his first 15 years after graduating from Handelshögskolan in Göteborg.

CFO at Signum Real Estate and Partner at Bryggan Kapital AB has deep knowledge about debt financing in all type of forms and size. With previous high yield debt Management back - round from Nordea and Swedbank, Ted is now working as an Advisor supporting growth companies, with creating the cash position needed for goal fulfillment.

Oscar is a top ranked equity analyst with +20 years in equities and investment banking with Carnegie, Handelsbanken, Öhman and Danske Bank. Prior to his career in banking he was head of Investor Relations at Scania. As an equity research analyst, Oscar has an extensive network with local and international investors, and have participated in a number of IPO’s, share issuances and other corporate finance related transactions. With a passion for investments and business, he has met 1000+ companies over the years. The love for small growth companies has contributed to a strong track record from investments in listed and unlisted companies, as well as supporting growth companies in developing their growth strategy as well as presenting their equity story to investors.
